Title: Merchant Consultant (Full-time)
Job Description:
• Communicate with clients to understand and document the business objectives
• Formulate analysis plans and acquiring client sign-off
• Design or assist in the development of questionnaires and moderator guides to ensure the necessary data is captured
• Conduct in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
• Make presentations-answering questions and instilling confidence
• Build and maintain relationships with referrals and affiliates
Qualifications:
• Self-motivated with positive attitude;
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision;
• Good Communication Skills;
• Previous cold-calling/face-to-face sales experience a PLUS;
• Previous experience in the Merchant Service industry a PLUS;
• Bilingual skills in English, Chinese, Korean are a PLUS
