岗位职责：
负责按邮政编码进行包裹分拣，确保配送前准备高效准确
现场监督分拣合同工工作，保障效率与操作规范
培训新员工分拣流程及标准，提升整体作业水平
维护库存数据并配合盘点，确保信息准确
跟踪并处理异常包裹，包括损坏、丢失及延误情况
协调卡车调度及现场运作，保障整体流程顺畅
根据需要参与基础设备维护，完成上级安排的其他任务

任职要求：
具备仓库或收发货相关经验（必需）
有分拣经验或现场管理经验优先，具备带团队潜力
熟悉仓库运营流程及库存管理
具备基础设备操作或机械常识优先
能够适应快节奏及体力工作环境
具备较强的责任心、执行力及主动性
具备良好的沟通与组织能力
华人优先，非华人需具备英语及西语沟通能力

EWR Sorting Associate / Lead
Location: Warehouse near EWR Airport
Shift: 9:00 AM / 3:00 PM / 10:00 PM (9-hour shifts, rotating schedule required)
Pay: $20－24/hour

Responsibilities:
Sort packages by ZIP code to ensure accurate and efficient delivery preparation
Supervise and monitor sorting contractors on site to maintain productivity and standards
Train new workers on sorting procedures and best practices
Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts for accuracy
Track and resolve exception packages including damaged, lost, or delayed items
Coordinate truck dispatch and on-site operations to ensure smooth workflow
Assist with basic equipment maintenance and complete other assigned tasks

Qualifications:
Prior warehouse or shipping and receiving experience required
Experience in sorting operations or team supervision preferred with leadership potential
Familiar with warehouse operations and inventory management
Basic mechanical knowledge or equipment operation experience is a plus
Able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and execution
Good communication and organizational skills
Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish
