Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations. This role partners closely with the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for on-the-floor execution, team supervision, and operational problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Execution
Support warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shippingEnsure orders are processed accurately and on timeMonitor workflow and resolve issues in real time
2. Team Supervision
Supervise warehouse associates and temporary workersSupport scheduling, training, and task allocationMaintain productivity and accountability across shifts
3. Inventory Control
Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolutionEnsure accurate inventory records and proper stock handling
4. Problem Solving & Escalation
Handle day-to-day operational issues (delays, damages, shortages)Escalate major issues to Warehouse ManagerEnsure smooth communication across teams
5. Process & Compliance
Enforce SOPs, safety standards, and company policiesSupport process improvements and efficiency initiatives
6. Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate with operations, transportation, and customer teamsSupport execution of client requirements and service levels

Qualifications
5years of warehouse / fulfillment experience2+ years in a supervisory or team lead roleExperience in 3PL, e-commerce, or logistics environmentsFamiliarity with WMS systems and warehouse KPIsStrong execution and problem-solving skillsExperience managing shifts or acting as team leadBilingual (English + Spanish/Chinese preferred)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
