Hi Welcome to Metropolitan New York. I'm wondering how much budget you have for room per month. I have a studio located in Forest Hills where is about 45 minutes transportation by subway/bus to Columbia. Its market price is about $1200-$1300, 500 SF, very nice neighborhood. I'm a Chinese and would love to lease to a Chinese too.
