Paralegal @ Lam Group

The Lam Group is one of the leading developers and operators of franchised hotels in New York City and the outer boroughs. The group is headquartered in NYC and operates in all facets of the hospitality industry. Currently, we are seeking a Paralegal to join the legal team. The Paralegal will assist attorney(s) by providing clerical and research support services including document preparation and review; research, investigations, and fact checking. The individual must be organized, detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position, offering competitive compensation, paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.

Requirements:
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents and memos.
Meet with attorneys, owners, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
Organize and maintain case files.
Keep track of changes in legal framework and provide timely updates.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
