We are a growing and dynamic company with two distinct business divisions: Chery Equipment Group, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.
Chery Industrial is in search of a proactive and resourceful administrative professional to assist the CEO with daily office functions. The ideal candidate will be organized and bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Job Responsibilities:
*Manage email correspondence by organizing and filtering incoming messages effectively. *Handle incoming mail and oversee deliveries while maintaining an organized system for sorting. *Attend meetings to record minutes; then compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings. *Assist in procurement processes and oversee the management of office supplies and service requests. *Support management in planning and executing special events. *Retrieve reports from the company's ERP system and compile them for presentation to the CEO and finance manager. *Manage and organize calendars efficiently.
Qualifications:
*Bilingual in Mandarin and English *Willingness to travel *Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, administrative or executive assistant roles *Proficient in communication with a strong emphasis on both written and verbal skills *Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications *Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
