From curated networking experiences to high-impact gala productions, WIB blends community, leadership, and premium brand partnerships.
Glow Media is the creative production arm behind the storytelling — driving brand campaigns, event media, and multi-platform content execution.
We are scaling. This role is part of building long-term infrastructure and making impact in the community in which we live in — not just running events.
The Role
We are seeking a Brand & Client Growth Lead with 1-3+ years of professional experience who can independently drive brand strategy, client relationships, and revenue-supporting marketing initiatives.
This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who can:
Strengthen brand positioning Build scalable marketing systems Lead client communications Support sponsorship and partnership growth Execute with minimal micromanagement
You will work directly with leadership and be trusted to lead initiatives end-to-end.
Core Responsibilities
1*⃣ Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and execute brand growth strategies across LinkedIn, WeChat, Little Red Note, Instagram, and emerging platforms Maintain consistent brand voice across WIB and Glow Media Build scalable content systems and campaign frameworks Strengthen audience positioning and community perception
2*⃣ Client Growth & Relationship Leadership (Mandatory)
Serve as primary relationship lead for select sponsors, partners, and collaborators Manage professional, proactive written and verbal communications Draft proposals, sponsorship decks, campaign outlines, and partnership communications Support deal coordination and follow-through from interest to execution Ensure high-touch client experience and long-term retention
This role requires strong client maturity and relationship intelligence.
3*⃣ Growth & Revenue Support
Support sponsorship acquisition and partnership expansion Identify growth levers for event ticket sales and community engagement Collaborate on revenue-driving campaigns Introduce structured tracking for performance metrics
4*⃣ Change Management & Operational Scaling (Mandatory)
Implement improved marketing systems and KPI reporting Introduce workflow efficiencies across marketing and production Help transition founder-led execution into scalable processes Drive continuous improvement across campaigns and communication
Comfort navigating ambiguity and leading through growth-stage change is required.
5*⃣ Campaign & Event Execution
Lead marketing rollout for flagship events and initiatives Oversee pre-event promotion, live coverage coordination, and post-event amplification Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategy
Qualifications (Mandatory)
1-3+ years experience in marketing, branding, communications, client growth, or related fields Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline Mandarin Chinese proficiency (speak, read, and write) — Mandatory Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven client relationship management experience Ability to lead projects independently with minimal hand-holding Strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred:
Experience in startup, media, events, or community-driven environments Familiarity with content tools (Canva, CapCut) and analytics systems
Comfort using AI tools for workflow optimization

协助营销与对外发布工作,包括房源资料、推广素材及基础行政支持
配合团队成员推进项目执行,帮助整体工作更高效地向前进行
