Candidates requirements:
 MUST have at least a Bachelor's degree
 MUST be Fluently speaking and writing in English
 MUST be Fluently speaking in Chinese(Mandarin)，preferably reading and writing in Chinese.
 Preferred to have at least 1 year experience in immigration or litigation
 Commitment to social justice and providing exceptional customer service
 Advanced communicating skills with clients, law firm team and and U.S. government..
 Advanced writing skills for drafting, proofreading, and editing court documents and correspondence
 Excellent time-management skills for multitasking and prioritizing
 High-level attention to details
 Strong organization skills for electronic and hardcopy filing
