Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time Operations Coordinator to support our growing logistics operations team. The ideal candidate is responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently from home. This role involves coordinating shipments, preparing documents, and communicating with clients and carriers in both English and Chinese.
Responsibilities:
Handle daily booking, shipping coordination, and document management
Track shipment status and update clients and partners in a timely manner
Prepare and review shipping documents, invoices, and releases
Communicate effectively in English with customers, truckers, and shipping lines
Assist with problem resolution and follow up on urgent cases (including weekends if needed)
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Must be able to work full-time and handle flexible hours
Excellent attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
Prior logistics / freight forwarding experience preferred
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace at home

Training period: Monthly base salary is $3,000 at the beginning.
After probation: Salary increases to $3,500 per month.
